During the months of JUNE - JULY - AUGUST, the minimum stay is 7 days.
During all other months of the year, the minimum stay is 3 days.
A refundable damage deposit of € 300, is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost, payable upon arrival. The cost of heating is 14 € per day.
Pool heating is FREE of charge during the months of JUNE - JULY - AUGUST.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
• Advance amount for confirmation: 30%
• Remaining balance (70%) within 60 days before the check-in date
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 100% refund for cancellation of reservation more than 90 days before the check-in date.
• 50% refund for cancellation of reservation 60 days before the check-in date.
• 0% refund for cancellation of reservation less than 60 days before the check-in date.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 60 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
