TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. After you send us a non-binding inquiry, we will get in touch with you via email, and you will receive a customized non-binding booking offer.

    A non-binding booking offer will include; the villa owner contact information, villa location, guest information; name and surname, number of adult persons, number of kids, date of arrival and departure, lease amount for the rental period; the amount of down payment, and remaining balance with a payment schedule as well as the cancellation policy.

    2. Once you are happy with a non-binding offer, please make a down payment by bank transfer according to the instructions specified in the offer. The guest must pay the down payment to the villa owner to at least 30% of the total cost.

    3. The Villa lease begins at the moment when the villa owner receives the down payment.

      Please note! Once your payment is visible in our bank account, you have secured your reservation. It will take several days for the payment to pass through the banking system, therefore we advise you to send us the confirmation of payment by email, WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, etc…

      4. Upon receiving payment or payment confirmation the villa owner will send a written Reservation Confirmation to the guest via email.

        YOU HAVE SECURED YOUR RESERVATION!

        5. The guest is required to pay the remaining balance (70%) within 60 days before the check-in date. In the case in which payment is not completed within 60 days before the check-in date, the reservation is considered terminated. The villa owner is not obligated to inform the guest about reservation termination.

        6. The villa guest can only cancel the reservation via email.

        7. CANCELLATION POLICY

        SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY IN CASE OF COVID 19 PANDEMY:

        » There will be 100% refund for cancellation of reservation in case of a TRAVEL BAN.

        Note: In case of activation of the travel restrictions or suspension of flights for a period of less than 14 days before the arrival of the guest in the accommodation, there will be 100% refund.

        100% refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

        STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

        »100% refund for cancellation of reservation more than 90 days before the check-in date.

        » 50% refund for cancellation of reservation 60 days before the check-in date.

        » 0% refund for cancellation of reservation less than 60 days before the check-in date.

        8. A damage deposit of €100, is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable during check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. In case of any damage, the deposit will not be refunded. If these damages are greater than the deposit amount villa owner has the right to demand the payment of the remaining amount in cash on site.

          HOUSE RULES:

          We would like to acquaint you with house rules so that your stay in our villa will be pleasant.

          1. Accommodation is available from 2 pm (14.00 h) on the day of arrival until 10 am (10.00 h) on the day of departure.

          2. We always strive to allow our guests an early check-in, especially if they are traveling with young children. All details about the earlier / later check-in and check-out must be arranged additionally.

          3. Persons who are not our guests are not allowed to stay in the villa without permission from the host

          4. The guest is responsible for personal belongings and valuables left in the villa and the host is not responsible for the subsequent loss of the same.

          5. Please handle the items in the villa with care. The guest is obligated to compensate for any damage made in the facility.

          6. We would kindly ask you to make sure that you don’t leave air-conditioning turned on unnecessarily whilst you are not in the villa or use it with opened windows and doors.

          7. When going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (tv, air conditioning, stove…), and turn off the taps.

          8. In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of guests, the host has the right to enter the facility to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The host is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the facility at the first subsequent contact.

          9. The swimming pool is equipped with an automatic water filtering device. Pool maintenance is an obligation of the host and will be taken once or twice a week.

          10. Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing others is prohibited, and service may be terminated at any time.

          11. Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the facility may be used only upon the consent of the host

          12. Bringing in of animals is permitted only upon the consent of the host

          13. In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the facility the guest is obliged to notify the host, and the host is obligated to rectify it as soon as possible.

          14. It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc) from the facility.

          15. Handover your identity card or passport to the host upon arrival for registration purposes at the Tourist office.
